LEFT Contemporary is currently seeking submissions for fully formed exhibitions to open as early as April 2020.
About LEFT Contemporary:
LEFT Contemporary is a grassroots art space in Windsor, ON, committed to highlighting the work of emerging contemporary artists. LEFT is focussed on showing work by artists who represent under-represented groups within the contemporary art world and whose practices engage in relevant cultural and social dialogues. LEFT provides a platform for experimentation and innovation, engaging in contemporary art dialogues that expand beyond the Windsor region.
Beginning as a curatorial project in a garage in early 2017, LEFT has since moved into a storefront at 559 Pelissier Ave. in downtown Windsor. LEFT currently houses four studio spaces, as well as a gallery space and is run by a committed group of volunteers.
Artist fees will be paid based on available funding.

Exhibition proposals must include:
-cv
-artist bio (max 250 words)
-artist statement (max 500 words)
-project proposal (max 500 words), including any technical or spatial requirements
-5-10 images of work (jpg), or links to video work (video files will not be accepted)
-image list
Please compile all text documents into a single PDF.
